Discover the French Markets

 I recently visited West of France and had a ball of a time. The french Baguettes are my favourite, I had one each day!

 This bag of baguettes are done, either it's going to be fed to the birds or just been thrown away... how sad.
 The local markets are amazing! The freshest, most beautiful fruit and veg produced by the local farmers.

Deboned Chicken, stuffed with Ham, Mushroom, Onion and Feta


De boning a chicken gives you the opportunity to get rid of all the access fat that you don't need. There are so many stuffings you can create, this one is my favourite.
I normally serve my dishes with a healthy side salad.
I also used the juices from the chicken as a sauce.
