Deboned Chicken, stuffed with Ham, Mushroom, Onion and Feta


De boning a chicken gives you the opportunity to get rid of all the access fat that you don't need. There are so many stuffings you can create, this one is my favourite.
I normally serve my dishes with a healthy side salad.
I also used the juices from the chicken as a sauce.
